Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on the item, order volume, product availability, and whether your order includes handmade, assembled, DIY, custom-selected, or made-to-order components.

If your order requires additional processing time, we will contact you using the email address or contact information provided at checkout.

Order processing takes place on business days. Weekends, holidays, carrier closures, payment review periods, and events outside our control may affect processing and delivery times.

## Shipping Destinations

We ship to the locations made available at checkout. If your shipping address is not accepted at checkout, then we currently do not offer shipping to that destination through the online store.

Shipping availability may change based on carrier service, destination restrictions, product restrictions, and business operations.

## Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Shipping costs may depend on your shipping destination, selected shipping method, package weight, package dimensions, order value, and available carrier options.

Celestria Studio is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@celestriastudio.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. Celestria Studio is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees charged by customs authorities, carriers, or local governments.

## Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at hello@celestriastudio.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the issue and may ask you to check with the carrier, local delivery office, building mailroom, front desk, household members, or neighbors.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you about the available options. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

## Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us as soon as possible at hello@celestriastudio.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage or issue.

## Multiple Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages when needed. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
